Šajā Rīgas Meža kapu teritorijā, līdzās Baltijas Landesvēra brāļu kapu piemineklim ir apglabāti 47 spāņi, Zilās divīzijas (Vērmahta 250.divīzijas) brīvprātīgie, kuri no ievainojumiem nomira kara hospitālī Rīgā Otrā pasaules kara laikā. Līdz mūsdienām nav saglabājušās spāņu militārpersonu apbedījumu vietas. Padomju vara 1945. gadā nopostīja šos 47 kapus, tāpat kā Baltijas landesvēra un Vērmahta kritušo militārpersonu apbedījumus. Šī plāksne godina šos 47 brīvprātīgos, kuri atdeva dzīvību cīņā pret komunismu, par labāku Spāniju un taisnīgāku Eiropu. Lai Dievs dod mūžīgo dzīvi debesīs viņiem un pārējiem kritušajiem, kas apbedīti šajā civilajā un militārajā kapsētā

Este Panteón Virtual de héroes de Riga es un homenaje a estos españoles fallecidos en la capital letona durante la Segunda Guerra mundial. En esta zona del Cementerio Forestal de Riga, junto al monumento a los combatientes pertenecientes al Baltischen Landeswehr, se encuentran enterrados 47 españoles, voluntarios de la División Azul (División 250.ª de la Wehrmacht) que fallecieron en Riga durante la II Guerra Mundial. No existe en la actualidad ningún rastro visual que indique el sitio exacto de los enterramientos. Estas 47 tumbas, al igual que las de sus camaradas de armas alemanes del Baltischen Landeswehr y de la Wehrmacht, fueron removidas y aplastadas por los soviéticos en 1945. Con esta placa se rinde homenaje a estos 47 voluntarios que dieron su vida en lucha contra el comunismo, por una España mayor y una Europa más justa. Dios les conceda la Vida Eterna en el Cielo, a ellos y al resto de difuntos enterrados en este cementerio, civiles y militares.

In diesem Bereich des Rigaer Waldfriedhofs sind neben dem Denkmal für die Kämpfer der Baltischen Landeswehr, 47 Spanische Soldaten begraben. Sie waren Freiwillige der Blauen Division (250. Division der Wehrmacht), die im Zweiten Weltkrieg in Riga gefallen sind. Derzeit gibt es keine visuelle Spur, die den genauen Ort der Bestattungen anzeigt. Diese 47 Gräber wurden, ebenso wie die ihrer deutschen Mitstreiter der Baltischen Landeswehr und der Wehrmacht, 1945 von den Sowjets abgetragen und zerstört. Diese Gedenktafel würdigt diese 47 Freiwilligen, die ihr Leben im Kampf gegen den Kommunismus, für ein größeres Spanien und ein gerechteres Europa ließen. Möge Gott ihnen und den übrigen zivilen und militärischen Verstorbenen, die auf diesem Friedhof begraben sind, das ewige Leben im Himmel schenken.

In this area of the Riga Forest Cemetery, next to the Baltischen Landeswehr combatants’ monument, 47 Spaniards, volunteers of the Blue Division (250th Division of the Wehrmacht) who died in Riga during World War II, are buried. There is currently no visual trace that indicates the exact location of the burials. These 47 graves, like those of their German comrades-in-arms of the Baltischen Landeswehr and the Wehrmacht, were removed and crushed by the Soviets in 1945. This plaque pays tribute to these 47 volunteers who gave their lives in the fight against communism, for a greater Spain and a more just Europe. May God grant Eternal Life in Heaven to them and to the rest of the Fallen buried in this civil and military cemetery.
